Tight Control:

Tightcontrol is an exhibition created by Zoe Partington.

As a disabled artist her work conveys stories, messages and insights about disabled people’s struggles in a world in which our society still excludes disabled people from the mainstream.

We exist on the edges and have to fight for human rights and equality. The idea of the neon lights were to convey a a snapshot of disability history with a contemporary style in a simple format but with a powerful message.

Each one of the slogans has an unfolding story relevant to many globally issues disabled people experience. @tightcontrol and ‘Love not pity’ are Zoe’s own additions to this current campaign.
